Usage
This template will add a notification to an article, and automatically add that article to. Usage is very simple, just put {{Stub}} to add the general template to an article. If you want to be more specific about what type of stub it is, you can add the stub type like so: {{Stub|Character}} will give you

{{Stub|Panel}} will give you
