If someone can help me out with this. I'm not sure if this is Proposed Canon or just Speculation at this point:

When a ruler moves the capital from one city to another, the portal to the Magic Kingdom disappears from the old capital and reappears in the new capital. Jszellmer 19:47, 18 January 2013 (EST)
