Tonald Dwump is a Master class Moneymancer, known best for his ruthless casting style, and his terrible combover. He is often followed around by groups of summoned lesser Moneymancers, seeking a way into his huge Moneymancy-based empire.
- Like all Moneymancers, Tonald Dwump can turn shmuckers directly into unitsWoT-6051503, reducing or even obliterating the casting time required to train units with enough expenditure. He only seems to be able to call lesser Moneymancers.

He is, however, one of the only creatures in Erfworld able to create casters at all. Moneymancers created in such a way tend to be highly disloyal and Ruthless however, an aspect of the spell causing their Duty to drop by 1 point per day of summoning. Often he will simply use another of his custom spells to dismiss them, a spell called 'You're Fired'; but rumor has it that one in twenty or so castings this doesn't occur, and he uses the far more expensive 'You're Hired' spell to make the creation a permanent part of his side.
