Unwinnable! I'll take it for her not expressing such ideas again during the remainder of book 2, though.
Looks like its time to concede this one!

Yeah, once he croaked, that one was pretty much gone.

Going through and resolving things now...

Looking forward to having that first bet resolved.

Just a nitpick, but the portal to Spacerock is not a Jetstone portal any more.

This probably won't be the last of my quatloo being lost over the next few updates.

Oh right... that one's still open then.

So, I have an idea for a pool.

Pool concerning Parson's genius idea. This one is a bit more complicated. You can put in 5q once per day to claim a possibility. You can be as specific or as vague as you like, even overlapping existing ideas. The most specific accurate claim wins. No exact repeats, and no adding trivial conditions to be technically more specific ("A, B, and C exactly like the above, but also not tinfoil hat theory D"... not valid).

Anyone approve? Any suggested modified rules? Anyone want to enter?

Sounds like fun. Only one problem... I have no clue what his plan is.

First time posting in this thread so correct me if I do it wrong.
Betting 10q that no corpses created in the battle for Spacerock are moved through the portal to be decrypted on the other side. Bet ends when the corpses are decrypted or when book 2 ends, whichever comes first.

Decrypted Ace first to see if decrypted casters can cast. Link him to Sizemore and turn the entire city into a large golem unit. Bonus points if Sizemore climbs onto Ace's shoulders and the two merge into one giant Heavy (Sizemore serving as the head), and then that Heavy unit changes into the head of the unit the city turns into.

Lets hope this next update does not take too long. Or else we will have some theories that get way too crazy.

I don't think we'll have to wait that long.

So, I'll put into the new pool...

I bet he's going to see if Sizemore can gather the dust of the dusted for re-decryption. (justification, not part of the bet: He wants Wanda to wait because all those units moving around would disturb the dust)

LordBiscuit, you're doing it right, but I'm not taking that bet at even odds.

I will take that good Lord Biscuit

Edit: Just want to say, that it'll be the easiest 10q anyone has ever won Lord Biscuit, so here take my money :)

5q into the pool on the following:

A tri-link Parson/Maggie/Sizemore for a giant Signamancer/Dirtamancer casting on the city

I put in my daily pool entry as: Something that is not a tri-link.
(should be easy to be more specific than this)

Ok first time betting too.

So my 5 quatloos says that the genius idea involves the bracer but not the scroll.

Anyone up to give me personal odds on the obverse ? ( scroll but not bracer) ?

In regards to something on the comic discussion thread, I'm offering Whispri the following bet: I'm betting 20 quatloos that Gobwin Knob will not create any new sides this turn with Spacerock as the capital for said new side.

Has anyone bet that Olive is actually innocent in book 0? If not, then I'll bet 20Q that she is actually innocent.

What definition of "innocent" are we using here?

Edit: I mean, given her actions thus far, I can't really see her being innocent unless she was under mind control or at gunpoint; didn't have a choice.

Needless to say, the pool on what the genius plan is, is CLOSED.

Though it might be worth speculating what he does from here.

5 Quatloos to your 10 that Parson's plan involves using Decrypted troops to directly attack MK casters, with the aim of gaining a degree of control over the MK.

Well I guess the meaning innocent in Erfworld, would be that all her actions have been for the good of her side. It might be possible.
