Well what does the move stat do?
Does it determine initiative?
If it determines initiative, I vote for move. Otherwise, my vote will go to defense.

I vote for defense.

And our next action should be to get the sword. Maybe climb the stalagmite this time.

I might be over-analyzing, but does it look like the stalagmite has a face to anyone else if you look at the spot directly over the marbit?

I suggest tossing a rock at it first just to be sure.

Looks like Defence is the crowd favourite.

Monk Fyv climbs the Stalactite (the face is just a shadow), but still cannot reach the handle in the roof.

What now?

Break off one of the goblins arms and use that to reach the sword!

I'm for jumping to grab the sword. Our new defense should protect us from falling to our deaths, right?

If we swing our sling at it, can we use that to catch the sword's handle and then yank it out? It looks like we're pretty close, so a bit of extra reach might be all we need.

Alternately, we're close enough that chucking a rock to dislodge it is unlikely to miss. I would recommend against jumping and tanking the fall.

No time to process tonight, sorry. I'll be away for a week, and my internet access will be intermittant for that duration.

Keep watching the skies! (or whatever)

Perhaps the sling would be a better idea...

Grab the glowing thing on the ground. Then move through the door.

Fill inventory with rocks again, then pick up shiny shiny.

Tap the shiny with the blade to make sure it isnt a trigger to some sort of trap, then pick it up if nothing happens

{sorry I haven't updated for a bit - I've been busy working on assignments - back in relapse again}

The shiny shiny is a cup. Monk Fyv taps it with his sword, and it makes a lovely "ding!"

Monk Fyv picks it up and examines it. There is an inscription:

Monk Fyv fills the rest of the inventory with rocks. What now?

Look closer at yellow spot in water to see what it is. Do we think we can swim?

If anything charges at us, we should sling a rock at it, then shank it.

If nothing charges at us, we should try talking to the gobwin, just to see if it helps. "Hello, I'm Monk Fyv. Who are you? Where is this?"

We should also try to tame and mount a snail. Not only will it serve as a ride, we can turn it into escargot if we get hungrey later.
