Comments on D.R. von Templin

Hey.
Just in case anyone wanted to write anything about Drachen Regiment von Templin, but didn't want to post text in the other thread, I've started this thread.
I welcome comments and feedback. Please be aware that I have an oversensitive subconscious, and take any and all criticism to heart, where I bury it away and later release my pent up fury inappropriately. So bear that in mind while crushing my spirit.

This comic is born out of a desire to write a novel, but not being very good at it. So a Comic seemed the next best thing. And I'm not much of an artist, so this is the best I can do at the moment. Perhaps I will improve. One can only hope.

The artwork is based largely on the Order of the Stick comic, but instead of heroes with broadswords, we have a more 1700s feel. And Dragons. Which I call Drachens, because it is more exotic.
The characters have toy horses because I cannot for the life of me draw a horse that looks even remotely sensible. Try it for yourself. It can't be done! Also, the toy horses are more fun.

Templin is a small village outside of Berlin, where my ancestors lived until migrating to Australia in the 1860s. So that explains that.

Thanks for reading here and there. I'm going to try and post two to three times a week, depending on real life events.

I always have a soft spot for 'practical' illustration/animation, meaning, stuff done with figurines, improvised sets made from whatever objects one got their hands on, stop motion and the like.

Now I'm curious about what the crossover is between Lightning Made of Owls and Erfworld.

Not big, I'm guessing.

LMoO doesn't cross over with anything in a big way. And it's not exactly a crossover. It'd just be establishing some or all of the LMoO cast within the Erf setting and showing them doing something.
