Ruler decree: Her new name is Whatsherface. XD

I wonder if rulers can actually do that; renaming their units, or is that a Signamancy thing? Names are tied a lot to Fate in Erfworld.

They could probably try to change someone's name, but it's like how it is in real life. You can call yourself whatever, but you're still the same person. It's just that in Erfworld you're popped with a name, so it sticks even more.

We should all know that there is supposed to be a map in the war-room. We could go there right now <_<; I mean, Rax wants to see the uncroaked at some point, but it doesn't have to be now if we're planning. The Turn lasts as long as we want.

Well, the turn lasts as long as Manly wants, but at dawn on the first day? You've got plenty of time. ;)

Macho is just waiting for Metter. He'd like all 3 warlord in agreement for a plan before they present it to Manly.

Hmm, see, having the players in one time zone, and the Titan in that time zone's opposite would be great, if one other player wasn't in the same zone as the Titan. You guys start posting when I'm at home, but LTDave (Metter) starts posting during the day when I'm at school. And when you guys start interacting LTDave lags behind for no fault other than he's sleeping and I'm not.

I almost want to stagger the posts, so that you guys can post and then LTDave play catch up; or at the very least have Metter go on missions separate to the others. When we get around to having the warlords in different hexes, the staggering works because 'time is relative', but with everyone in the same hex interacting, well, we have issues.

Then ask. :P

“Well, then they can dig through walls,” he said, his smile getting a little less tentative. “I normally wouldn’t send valuable diggers into battle without a tower to shelter them from city defenses; they’d get wiped out fast. Losses are usually too unacceptable to do that. But if we’ve got a whole bunch of diggers and a warlord that’ll only last one turn anyway...”

Clearly we underestimated the city defense, but I think Diggers are valuable

Not to say that they aren't, or that Macho's reasoning isn't sound. Manly just believes in the commanders and specials being more important than infantry, which clashes with Macho's 'all power to the infantry' views.

Besides; nothing's stopping you from building a siege tower. It's not a unit, it can't be popped. Merely order your units to make one and it'll be done next turn.

Same update (Book 0, Episode 6), Tommy says you pop a siege Tower with 8 Infantry.

Not trying to nitpick, just explain my thought process

Tank on the other hand...

uses whatever is available. If given the choice he'd take specials, but he'll work with whatever is left for him.

Nice of Tank to swoop in and agree with Manly after Macho presents the plan they both had :)

Actually his plan was to take a few turns and take cities. I'm not using D-Classes to scout. Unless their using natural Lookamancy.

Also he's apparently a yes-man.

True true. But in his heart of hearts he is a 5.

And 4/4 isn't bad compared to the other Warlords, which are 5/1 and 5/4.

Anyway... yeah, lag. Dang.

Trying to take a well defended city with a few stacks of fliers is suicide. They will just stack the Tower and shoot you down.

I never intended the Archons to simply scout. As I said multiple times, I wanted them to rove the area around the cities and take out any enemy field units they encounter.
