Not really a bug, but I didn't know where else to put this. Why can't I upload a picture from my computer as my avatar? The User Control Panel only lets me link URLs of pictures on the net.

most forums require you to link from off-site (probably to save bandwith?). simply upload your picture to a image host like imageshack or photobucket and use the url they give you.
