Wiki image uploads are broken.

Hi all. Here to report a bug: specifically, my inability to upload today's new comic image to the Erfwiki. I went to the upload page, filled it out, and submitted as usual, but received the following error message in return:

Internal error

Could not rename file "/tmp/phpIYzrE6" to "public/3/3c/LiaB_1.jpg".

Could you take a look?

Thanks. I updated some of the art for the Summer Upload pages, but ran into errors with some (but not all) of them. I haven't gotten around to trying again, what with the server getting zerg-rushed and then the start of Book 2 (I figured it made sense to wait until the traffic spike from that died down).

I cleaned up some file permission iissues, so I hope it works now.
