I have encountered a bug that, when posting longer than the default text area, the bar jumps back to the top. It is rather annoying, especially when having to format below the jump line.
This seems to be the problem:

Just thought I'd stick my head in and mention that, as far as I can tell, it only affects IE (Firefox doesn't jump around like a crazy fool).
