A minor rules clarification on GW's behalf:
The Mine Shaft, Mill, and Garden Flavors may each be purchased once. So with 6 points, a city may have all 3.
We may also be brainstorming additional Flavors in the near future.
Since this is GW's game, he's got the final say on all this stuff, sometimes I just help out with advice or inspiration since I have experience from my own game. So always direct your questions to him, as much as possible I'm maintaining my role as just a player.

It's just as bad for me since I'm on pretty bad terms with my parent side >.< What if they can use Findamancy to find the second hat and send troops to apprehend O-sho?

Maybe my father's Lookamancer or one of the other units that had helped O-sho escaped can secretly have the other hat...

Meanwhile over in Pandora, I stowaway on a boat and more or less hijack the expedition, but the only backlash I get is a very subtle "we're doing better off without you" sort of note haha.
