To learn a blueprint from another player requires the one learning it to spend 1 energy (in the first post of the rules thread)

Yup, that's fine by me. 1 energy to enter the hex, another to kill the goat. 1 more to learn greaves, and another to depart for F2 which ends my turn.
With the dawning of each new day, my evil machinations inch me closer to world domination. And also breakfast.

I thought unless a hex was grassland you can only move one hex a turn.

I started in a plains this turn. Would that count?

2 of the 3 hexes have to be plains.

Ok, well if I can't seem to go anywhere then I'm going to experiment a little with my last action and try to make some combat gloves using the leather I have.

I've been swamped with homework, and going on a trip this weekend. I will have an update for this on Tuesday (when I get back). Sorry for the delay.

After some careful analysis of the rules, I am going to discontinue this game. At lower levels, item power is far too dependent on how many resources go into it rather than the quality (consider that something that takes twice as many resources is twice as powerful in all stats, and you can see how that doesn't quite work out in the long run).

I need to reconsider how all resources are handled, as well as how blueprints take those resources into consideration, before starting this game up again. Not sure when that will be, but I will contact you guys if and when I decide to start it up (it would be a clean slate restart)
