In the "Other people's things" / "Internet & Webcomics" subforum, there's a thread called "Webcomic List"
Would it be possible to make this a sticky? I've just discovered this thread and it's been there since May last year... (Admittedly that's my own fault.. but still, it seems a good thread and there's lots of stuff in there)
