D-Day -21

Postby LTDave » Tue May 15, 2012 2:48 pm

By my count, D-Day (June 6) is only 21 sleeps away!

Hurrah!

Of course, I'm on the forward side of the International Date Line, so it's probably more like 22.

Just like Pearl Harbour happened on December 8 from our point of view...

Well, hey, what do you know, we've already missed the first deadline.

New art every weekday, and we've passed the 16th by any conceivable notion.

The website front page isn't indicating it, it seems, but Rob has posted links on the Facebook page for each of the new artwork updates:

(Yesterday:) New art for Book 0, Episode 7 is up. http://bit.ly/JK6NoW
(9 Hours ago:) New art for Book 0 Inner Peace, Episode 8 is up. http://bit.ly/JwgCIw

I'll tell him about it the next time I see him on the IRC.

EDIT: The art has however, gone up on the actual page.
If I am acting as a mod, you will know it.

Fantastic! I've gotta say I'm really looking forward to the board game developer, with all the creativity at the forums I'm expecting some really neat things from that program.

A.B.C.'s made a thread called "Community create-a-side", who knows, maybe it will graduate to actual fan created and fan played sides then.
The whole point of this is lost if you keep it a secret.

Oh was even inner peace delayed until then? We'll see if erf can recover, internet fans are fickle, people may not come back when things start happening again.
I would be a procrastinator, but I keep putting it off.

Yeah, I'm not sensing the connection, there.

D-Day -8.

At this point we need to find a dead body, dress it in an airforce uniform, and dump it off the coast of France with a set of fake documents in a briefcase handcuffed to its arm. The documents should indicate that the comics will be landing near Calais, rather than Normandy...

I must admit, I've been a long term subscriber and feel like since the last fund-raising effort the whole comic has been put on hold.

Massive let down for me. I could care less about the artwork for the previous comics and care more about the ongoing story/plot.
